New East Gloucester Principal Named (4/4/15)

Quoting Richard Safiier <rsafier@gloucester.k12.ma.us>:

Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff,
It is my pleasure to announce that we have hired Amy Pasquarello to be the
new Principal at East Gloucester Elementary School. Amy will be replacing
Carol Bratt, who will be retiring effective July 1. Amy is currently an
Assistant Principal at the Newbury Elementary School in the Triton Regional
School District. She has been an interim principal in Peabody, and both a
Curriculum Coach and Integrated Media Specialist in Hamilton. Amy began her
public school career as an elementary school teacher in Connecticut and
Virginia before she began teaching in Massachusetts.

In addition to her public school experience, Amy has also been an Adjunct
Professor at Simmons College and an Educational Administrative Consultant
for a technology startup company.

All of those who were involved in the hiring process are very excited in
having Amy come on board, and we will arrange for an opportunity for the
East Gloucester community to meet Amy sometime later in the spring.

Thank you.

Rich Safier
