ZACKARY H. PAVIA, 19, of Beverly, will be arraigned today in Salem District Court on multiple counts of arson, destruction of property in connection with the July 13th fire on Folger Avenue in Beverly.

Following a joint investigation by Beverly Police and Fire Departments and the State Fire Marshall's Office, PAVIA was arrested last evening and charged with 10 counts of Arson of a Dwelling; 13 counts of Destruction of Property Over $250; Breaking and Entering in the Night time for a Felony and Trespassing.
